Shot in 2019 during the Continuous Learning Programme intensives, this film offers an introduction to the Alexander Technique and a look into the teacher training room.

While we are currently working online due to the present humanitarian crisis, we look forward to in-person engagements in the near future. Till then, we are thinking forward and up, long and wide.
